With prior Targets To Tuna approval, items in new and unused condition ONLY may be returned within 30-days of the invoice date. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, credit or a refund will be processed at the original invoiced cost of the item only. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Targets to Tuna will charge a 10% restocking fee per return.

 

To return an item, please contact customer service at 860-479-5907 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the item back. When returning the product, be sure to securely pack your items, and be sure the return authorization (RA) number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package.

 

Any Personalized, Customized, or Prescription item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item we will refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

If your package arrived damaged, and your purchase was damaged because of shipping we MUST be notified within 72 hours of receiving the damaged package in order for it to be processed through our shipping service. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



Shipping

Currently, we are only able to ship to locations within the USA.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. We maintain a flat rate of $9.99 for any total under $110.00 for the continental USA. Anything over $110.00 will have a flat rate of Free Shipping for the continental USA. If you are located outside of the continental USA within the USA please contact us for shipping options. Majority of all our items will ship USPS. Shipments will occur M-F. 

 

We have experienced some customers receiving a message that says No Shipping Options Available, if you got this, Google was unable to find your address. If you share your post office with another town, please try that location. If it still doesn't work, please give us a call or email. We are happy to help sort the situation and ship through another service.
